Jenny Seeto
Co-Founder and Facilitator
Jenny has over 45 years’ experience working with clients and boards in both the public and private sectors across a broad range of industries. Following her retirement as Managing Partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers Fiji in 2017, she has been involved in several public listed company boards, advisory boards, not-for-profit boards, and boards and committees in the public sector.
Jenny is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). She was the Chair of the Local AICD Advisory Board and an accredited facilitator for the AICD courses which were conducted in Fiji.
Jenny is a strong advocate of improving governance in Fiji and keeps abreast of best practices. Her qualifications and experience in accounting, tax, human resources, governance, risk, strategy, and other advisory services enables her to provide holistic solutions. She mentors senior executives and aspiring board members and is always ready to give advice and act as a sounding board to those who navigate challenging situations. Jenny is a co-founding director of Pacific Board Governance Pte Ltd.

John Ridgeway
Facilitator
John is the founder and Head of Legal Services of the Pacific Legal Network (PLN). He specialises in cross-border and international business transactions. With extensive experience advising global clients, leading complex deals, and speaking internationally, he oversees PLNs regional network spanning more than 20 countries across the Pacific, and brings deep expertise in shareholder, board and governance matters across entities of all sizes and types across the Pacific.

Sikeli Tuinamuana
Facilitator
Sikeli Tuinamuana is a highly respected Chartered Accountant and senior governance practitioner with more than 40 years of professional experience across Fiji and the Pacific. His career spans senior roles with Price Waterhouse, Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, where he served as Partner and led major audit, internal audit and management consulting engagements across sectors including finance, telecommunications, education, energy, manufacturing, tourism and international development.
Sikeli has extensive expertise in corporate restructuring, valuations, capital raising, job evaluation, remuneration reviews and organisational performance improvement. He has also trained staff and clients in supervision, management, accounting and professional skills throughout his career.
A prominent figure in Fiji’s sports governance landscape, Sikeli has served on and chaired numerous national sports bodies, including the Fiji Association of Sports and National Olympic Committee, Fiji Rugby Management Limited, the Fiji Sports Council, and the Fiji Rugby Football Union Trust Board. He has also held board and committee roles with major institutions such as the Fiji National Provident Fund, Amalgamated Telecom Holdings, Vodafone PNG and the iTaukei Trust Fund Board.
Sikeli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of the South Pacific and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales. He is a Chartered Accountant and Partner at Raki Partners.

David Evans
Co-Founder and Facilitator
David has over 30 years’ senior banking and finance experience across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. His executive positions with Westpac included Chief Manager Fiji Islands, Chief Credit Officer Western Australia and Senior Manager Indigenous Banking, Western Australia. David was also a Director at KPMG in the financial risk advisory practice for two years in Perth, and was the President of the Fiji Australia Business Council prior to joining KPMG.
David has been active in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors for a number of years including as President and Board Director for the National Heart Foundation WA Division, Director of Transparency International Fiji, Trustee of the Murdoch University Veterinary Trust, Executive Member of the Australian Institute of International Affairs, and a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Outback Stores Pty Ltd (an Australian Government owned entity). He is currently an Independent Director of Vision Investments Ltd (one of the largest publicly listed companies on the South Pacific Stock Exchange), a Non-Executive Director of Credit Corporation (Vanuatu) Limited Credit Corporation (Solomon Islands) Limited.
As a management consultant, David is an accredited facilitator for the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), delivering strategy, risk, finance, and governance training programs for board directors as well as indigenous governance training. David has facilitated with the AICD since 2008, covering a range of governance courses in Australia and internationally across Asia, the Pacific and Middle East. David is a co-founding director of Pacific Board Governance Pte Ltd established in 2024.

John Sing
Facilitator
As a Company Director and Adjunct Associate Professor, Dr John Sing has over 30 years’ experience in both industry and academia. Prior to establishing his own consulting and professional development training company, John had worked as Chief Financial Officer within the Queensland Public Sector where he was responsible for leading and implementing the Government’s financial and economic reform agenda. This included financial reporting in accordance with regulatory frameworks, management reporting to the CEO and governing board of directors, risk and project management (strategic and operational) and commercializing a number of business units.
John facilitates management, leadership, risk, financial and project management related courses for both private and public sector organizations in Australia, North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. He was recruited to industry after having been a full-time academic where he has researched and taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the domains of financial accounting, auditing, project and risk management.
He is currently involved in the development and delivery of specialized governance for directors, project management, finance, financial accounting and risk management programs in a number of national and international destinations.
John has a Doctorate of Business Administration, Masters in Accounting, a Graduate Diploma in Education and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting).
